Welcome to Aronno Group. By using our services, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

Aronno Group provides industrial furniture solutions, interior development, engineering services, project planning, manufacturing, installation, renovation, and related technical support. All services are delivered according to the mutually agreed proposal, quotation, and project specifications.

2. Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations are valid for the period mentioned in the quotation document unless otherwise specified.

• Prices are based on the agreed project scope and specifications.

• Any additional work or changes requested after approval may result in additional charges.

• Taxes, duties, transportation, or other applicable charges will be included as stated in the quotation or invoice.

3. Order Confirmation

A project or order will be considered confirmed only after:

• Written approval from the client.

• Acceptance of the quotation or agreement.

• Receipt of the agreed advance payment, where applicable.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments shall be made according to the agreed payment schedule.

• Delayed payments may affect project timelines and delivery schedules.

• Aronno Group reserves the right to suspend work until outstanding payments are received.

5. Project Timeline

• Estimated completion and delivery dates are provided based on current project planning.

• Timelines may be affected by client-requested changes, material availability, force majeure events, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Aronno Group will make every reasonable effort to complete the project within the agreed schedule.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate project information and requirements.

• Ensure timely approval of designs, drawings, and materials.

• Provide site access and necessary utilities during installation.

• Make payments according to the agreed schedule.

7. Design & Intellectual Property

All drawings, layouts, concepts, technical documents, and design materials prepared by Aronno Group remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, or shared without prior written permission.

8. Product Quality & Warranty

Aronno Group is committed to delivering high-quality products and workmanship. Any warranty provided will be specified in the project agreement or product documentation. The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.

• Improper use or negligence.

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or natural disasters.

9. Changes & Variations

Any modification to the approved design, specifications, materials, quantities, or project scope must be requested in writing. Such changes may impact project cost and completion time.

10. Delivery & Installation

Delivery and installation schedules will be coordinated with the client. The client is responsible for ensuring the project site is ready for installation. Any delay caused by site conditions may result in revised schedules and additional costs.

11. Limitation of Liability

Aronno Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project delays, third-party actions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond the company's reasonable control.

12. Force Majeure

Aronno Group shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, pandemics, or material shortages.

13. Cancellation Policy

If a confirmed order is cancelled after production has started, the client may be responsible for costs incurred for materials, manufacturing, labor, and administrative expenses up to the date of cancellation.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.

15. Acceptance

By accepting our quotation, signing a project agreement, making payment, or using our services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
